Kim has extensive experience as a neutral mediator, arbitrator and case evaluator in several thousands of cases. She also acts as a facilitator in meetings and large multi-party cases, including private organizations and public policy matters. She has extensive experience in commercial, employment, bankruptcy, real estate, construction, and injury cases, as well as family and probate matters.
Kim has been and currently serves as a member of several national panels as both an arbitrator and mediator. As a lawyer, she was primarily engaged in commerical litigation, bankruptcy, family and probate law.
